A Word About Fees

I have been practicing family law for over 28 years and my fees are commensurate with my level of experience and expertise and with what is being charged in the community. 

However, I am a blue collar guy with a white collar job.  Due to the recent contraction in the economy, many of my clients have lost their jobs.  On a case by case basis, I am willing to work out fee arrangements with a small group of my clients who have been hurt by the current economic climate.  When someone enters into a fee agreement with me, I expect them to honor it.  I no longer accept pro bono cases.  I believe that people who are paying for legal services are more focused on the use of their limited resources in achieving fair and just case outcomes.
